CIRCUS TRAIN 1982 Chicago & North Western 403, 400 & 401 Harvard, Illinois; A trio of the "Presidental F7s" march down the C&NW's Northwest line on May 25th with Mayor Jane Byrne's Circus Train enroute from Baraboo to Chicago. Just hours before, they met the "Prosperity Special" in Madison, Wis. This was lead by Ten Wheeler No. 1385 (formerly C&NW) enroute back to the Mid Con- tinent RR Museum at North Freedom, Wisconsin.
